What is the difference between an account and a profile?
An account is the login identity. A profile is the workspace you act through, such as an artist, venue/booker, or future fan profile.

A working reference for the booking concepts we are shaping. This will grow as the calendar, search, and profile workflows settle.

Yes. The product direction supports multiple profiles per login, such as one person managing an artist profile and a venue/booker profile.
Private means the calendar or event is not publicly visible. Invited viewers or collaborators may still be given access through calendar permissions.
Public means the calendar or event can be viewed publicly. Public does not automatically list open booking opportunities in artist search.
Booking Discovery controls whether an open event can appear in artist search results. It is separate from visibility and only works for public events that still need artists.
Viewer can see the calendar, Editor can create or update events, and Manager can edit calendar settings and manage access. These are planned calendar-level permissions.
Not yet. The current Calendar Access UI is a prototype. Invite delivery and persistence will connect after the calendar access data model is added.
Artist acceptance means the artist is interested and waiting on venue confirmation. The event becomes Booked when the venue/booker confirms enough artists for the bill.
Yes. Multi-event dates are part of the venue workflow, such as early and late shows on the same day. Each event should have its own details, visibility, discovery setting, and lineup.
